Increasing impact through marketing coaching
An interior designer we worked with wanted to redesign her website and was keen to have an innovative site which distinguished her business from her competitors. Through our coaching sessions we developed a navigation which was oriented around customer groups and their needs, rather than the traditional approach of product groups. We also discussed the role of colour and images on the website. The client was able to brief her website developer on the desired site structure and image, and handle the website development herself.
Another client, an image consultant, was passionate about what she offered her clients but was disappointed with the response to her e-newsletters. Through our coaching, we helped her clearly convey her benefits to customers; simplify her e-newsletter with clear text and sub-titles, making it easy to read and with an exciting call to action. This e-newsletter achieved the highest response ever, with a high attendance at her open day and many orders in the normally quiet month of August.
Our standard coaching package is three 1.5 hour sessions over nine weeks for £450 + VAT, including a written summary of our discussion after each session, with the agreed next steps.
If you feel you need guidance on one particular topic, a one-off 1.5 hour session is £150 + VAT, including a written summary of our discussion.
